We MKJ Associates have a team of qualified/ trained engineers for all of our Equipment, looking after installation, maintenance and repair of the equipment, sold by us. And for all the equipment our company provides 01 year warranty with parts and extra two years free services without parts.We will provide spare parts in local currency on payment after warranty period, when need be.

MKJ Associates will provide spare parts and support for the products for not less than 8 years from MKJ Associates’s delivery.

For Under warranty service, MKJ Associates will send replacement parts to customers after confirming the problem can be solved by replacing parts. The freight cost for sending the good replacement parts is borne by MKJ Associates. After receiving and replacing the new parts, customers must should return the defective parts to MKJ Associates.

Exemption of Warranty

The malfunction is caused by negligence, improper usage, electric shock/fluctuation failure to follow the MKJ Associates’s instructions, and usage without the MKJ Associates’s approval.

The MKJ Associates's original serial number label or product identification marks have been altered or removed.

The 01-year warranty does not apply on consumable parts, accessories, materials of MKJ Associates supplied equipment.
